Terms
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms cover your use of tradingfellows.xyz, the Hub, the Plan, and everything you order through them. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If something here is unclear, ask on Telegram before you order.
What we provide
- The Hub, where your orders, units, pages, channels and balance live.
- The Plan, a monthly subscription for Magic Fellow, hosted landing pages and tracked Telegram channels. Each of the three can also be unlocked by itself.
- Supplies: ad accounts, virtual cards, phone numbers and warm-up, delivered to your Hub. A phone number is an add-on to an ad account, rented by the month or bought once for codes.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your Hub login to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. One person or team per account.
How you use what you buy
You are responsible for how you use every account, card, page and channel, including following the rules of the platforms you advertise on and the law where you and your audience are. We supply tools and infrastructure; we do not run your ads or review your offers, and we do not guarantee that any platform will approve your ads or keep an account live for a set time. How long an account runs depends on how it is used.
Pages we host must follow the Acceptable use rules.
Payment and your balance
We take USDT on the TRC20 network. Payments land in your balance or pay an order directly. Prices are shown in the Hub at the time you order. Balance bonuses are promotional credit and can only be spent in the Hub. See Refunds and replacements for what happens when something goes wrong.
The Plan and unlocks
Signing up is free. The Plan, and any part of it unlocked by itself, renews every 30 days from your balance. A part added during a period is charged for the days left in it, then renews with the rest. If the balance can not cover a renewal, what you unlocked stays live for a short grace period, then pauses until you top up; your data is kept. You can stop one part or cancel all of it any time from the Hub; it stays unlocked to the end of the period you paid for.
Your data
We store what we need to run the Hub for you: your email, orders, the login details of units you bought, and the visit, join and pixel data your pages and channels generate. Delivered login details stay in your Hub so you can find them later. We also note which Hub screens you open and which unlock buttons you tap, to see what is used; it stays in our own systems. We do not sell your data.
Your own bot and your members. If you connect a Telegram bot of your own, we keep its token encrypted and use it only to run that bot for you: to greet people who ask to join, to send what you write, and to bring you their replies. For people who dealt with your bot themselves (they asked to join through it, or pressed Start in it) we keep their Telegram id encrypted, their first name, and what was said in that chat for 90 days. Registrations and deposits your broker or network reports to us are kept as counts against the ad set that brought the person. You decide what your bot sends, so you answer for it: write only to people who chose to hear from you, and every message we send for you tells them how to stop. Remove the bot in the Hub and its token, those people and those messages are deleted.
Magic Fellow and what your members write. Magic Fellow writes a message to a group, or a reply to a member, only when you tap for it. For a reply it reads the last messages of that one chat. They go to the writer without the member's name or Telegram id, and nothing it writes is sent until you send it.
A page on your own site. If you connect a page with our line of code, the line reports each visit to us: the address that was opened with its ad tags, the device type, the country, and what was tapped. We keep no cookie of our own on your visitors and store no IP address. Telling your visitors about it, where your law asks for that, is yours to do. Take the line off the page, or remove the page in the Hub, and the counting stops.
When we can pause or close an account
We may pause pages, cancel undelivered orders or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable use rules, or that puts our infrastructure or other buyers at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Limits
We work hard to keep pages up and deliveries fast, but the service is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost profits, ad spend, or losses caused by a platform acting on an account, a page or a card. Where the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the order or month the claim is about.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes are announced in the Hub before they apply.
